These services include housekeeping in private units, air-conditioning maintenance, private function services, move-in arrangements, express laundry and dry cleaning further to day time concierge services, 24-hour reception and security services inclusive of hourly patrols, CCTV surveillance and multiple   security protections, via access card system throughout the building.

All of these services are supported by the project’s architectural design, with designated back-of-house areas, concealed from the view of guests; circulation paths for service staff in uniforms and smart signage throughout the whole building.

This design will ensure the efficiency of daily building operations in the common areas. The service lift will be used to manage all cleaning, waste collection, routine maintenance, repairs or replacements, safety audits or assisting residents moving heavy furniture in and out of the residences.

The Peninsula Private Residences is a residential development project wholly-owned and developed by CC Peninsula Co., Ltd, a joint venture between Malaysian-owned property developer National 6A Investment Co., Ltd, Cambodian-owned hotel developer Sun & Moon Urban Hotel and Chinese-owned investment fund Saturn Investment Co., Ltd. The three strategic partners decided to combine their respective interests and experiences in property development, property investment, asset management, hotel development and hospitality to create The Peninsula project, its private residences and facilities.

Architecture & Design

The architectural design, under the management of Tings & Associates, draws inspiration from the surrounding waterfront environment and establishes a continuous and fluid relationship with those surroundings.

The Architects observed the city’s unique and natural condition, dismantled it, and translated it into an elegant and powerful architectural language; a language in which The Peninsula Private Residences is written. 

As apparent in the building façade, the design is derived from the investigation, identification and isolation of the flow of the water in the two main rivers of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Tonle Sap and the Mekong, through the Chroy Changvar Peninsula. 

The interior design answers questions regarding how end users interact with the various spaces and breeds inspiration in resident’s daily life. Design solutions are offered in both private residences, lifestyle facilities and common areas, with timeless interiors and enduring materials.
